THE IMPROVED CONSOLIDATED CIA FILES

The Consolidated CIA files section has been enhanced with a new subject directory, hundreds of new files, and expanded biographic information. It now contains seventy intriguing Central Intelligence Agency figures related official documents, new photographs, code names, and operational information. Each subject is now featured with a page containing an expanded biographic profile and most contain new documents and less redacted versions of prior releases.

Multiple new cryptonyms decoded from the 2017 JFK Records release. They include DMLIVID an associate of QJWIN-1, and five locational prefixes that reveal the countries the CIA had active operations within. #CIA #JFK #evidencematters 

The Man About Town

A further review of the man several officials feasibly did not identify in Dallas, who bought a new rifle for a hunting trip, was the subject of prior FBI reports noting threats to JFK, and who dined near Dealey Plaza on the morning of November 22, 1963.

The statement of John Henry Hill’s wife that he was located blocks from Dealey Plaza around the time of President Kennedy's assassination. While her statement does not infer a definite nefarious connection, it does support unknown possibly armed men in the area could largely escape official notice. #JFK #Evidence 

A Plaza Full of Mirrors

The latest addition to the Improbability Vault is "A Plaza Full of Mirrors" which reviews four different men some have prior claimed were present in Dealey Plaza during the Kennedy assassination. Each claimed person is subjected to verifiable evidence placing them elsewhere. #JFK

The Assassination Archives and Research Center has accepted CIA pseudonym research from C.A.A. Savastano. It can be found at the AARC's "Select CIA Pseudonyms" listing. The featured pseudonyms can also be found with additional cryptonym and alias research here in the Primary Evidence Collections.
 

RION: Manuel Ray

A notable document supports Cuban Exile leader Manuel Ray Rivero planned to betray the CIA. It reveals despite his abundant funding and support provided by CIA officials, he attributed his group's failures to the Agency.  This document and a brief statement of his background are offered for your review. #JFK #Cuba

Two new pseudonyms and one alias revealed for your inspection. The pseudonym Oliver Altman belongs to Justin O' Donnell a CIA employee sent to the Congo shortly before the assassination of Patrice Lumumba. Cuban Intelligence officer and Cuban Consul Alfredo Mirabal Diaz used the second pseudonym Federico in some communications and CIA analyst Leo Cherne used the alias (his former legal name) Leopold Chernetsky. #CIA #Evidence

For your review are four new cryptonyms C.A.A. Savastano assisted documenting at the Mary Ferrell Foundation (LNERGO, BKHERALD, LNAGON, QJWIN). They reveal code names used in the evidence to represent the FBI, CIA, the Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs, and a foreign assassination operative Jose Marie Andre Mankel. #CIA #Cryptonym

The statement of Manuel "Tony" Varona recounts a meeting about Cuba between him and featured Mafia notable Meyer Lansky. The CIA quickly warns Varona to stay away from Lansky, to which Varona seemingly complies. Yet Lansky associate and Mafia leader Santo Trafficante later suggests Varona for use in the Castro Plots. #JFK #Evidence

The legal statement of Former Assistant Director of the FBI William Sullivan regards the internal actions and vendettas of J. Edgar Hoover against the CIA and Warren Commission.  They include leaking secret or embarrassing CIA information and then promoting disinformation to blame other officials, and seeking to prevent the Warren Commission's investigation from deviating from his prejudgment of Oswald's guilt. #JFK #Evidence
