The Assassination Archives and Research Center: The AARC was founded to provide a permanent organization which would acquire, preserve, and disseminate information on political assassinations.
The George Washington University National Security Archive
A database of relevant National Security Agency files and related historical intelligence information offered in both original and transcribed forms.
History Matters
A historical archive that offers a greater understanding of post World War II politics by featuring a collection of original documents that focus on the assassinations of the 1960s. 
The John F. Kennedy Presidential Library and Museum
An official collection of some documents and media focused on the life of former President John Fitzgerald Kennedy. 
The Mary Ferrell Foundation
A significant database of primary official evidence in original form, research articles, and case related media. The MFF also provides historical resources, media, and research monographs.
MuckRock 
A collaborative research and news site that provides information on how to file Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests and tools to faciliate requesting government documents. 
The National Security Agency JFK Documents Index
A small collection of some documents released by the NSA since the Freedom of Information and JFK Acts were instituted.
The OSS Society
A historical society that honors the accomplishments of the Office of Strategic Services that was responsible for establishing a system centralized intelligence within the United States that included using alternative means of warfare.
The United States Department of State - Office of the Historian
An official repository of documents and summarized historical essays presented in original and transcribed form. 
The United States National Archives and Records Administration
The United States national database of primary official evidence, some documents are transcribed and others appear in original form.
